Bundang - Anyang Loop

Route Description: One of my favorite rides around Seoul. Starting from Bundang follow the TanCheon bike track up to the Han River and take a left. Continue along the Han past the 63 Building and Yeouido until you meet the AnyangCheon which is the stream/river to Anyang. From here follow the track on the left hand side all the way down to Anyang. You will come to a fork in the track - take the left side.

This is where directions get a little tricky. After following the left fork for about 5 km you will need to come up to the road and find Highway 57 (Yellow-boxed hwy number). Follow the 57 (can get a little hairy) heading east up the hill crossing over State highway 100 (big ass road) and down the other side. There will be a turn off as you come down the 57. You can take the first turn off which will take you on a road with a lot of Tanker trucks and through a tunnel. After going through the tunnel take the first right and then left. You will be on a dirt road and feel like you are really out in the country. Keep following this road South through the Gogiri valley past a reservoir and eventually back to the Megium/Ori area where you will be able to find the TanCheon bike path.

Distance: 100 km
