The Roads of Azerbaijan

Despite a rocky/sandy start the roads of Azerbaijan soon turned into beautiful tree lined ups and downs. Now all we need to do is avoid the traffic.

Day Off in Lahic, Azerbaijan

Two days into riding Azerbaijan I became so dehydrated that I couldn’t ride so we decided to take an unscheduled day off and head to a place we read about in the lonely planet called Lahic. Here is how we spent our day off.

As you might imagine, we’re rather chuffed at the thought knocking off an entire continent, though perhaps equally thankful that the next one is just that little bit smaller. This point in our journey will see us [...]

I have uploaded the article as a downloadable PDF file for anyone who would like to read it. Download the Star Article [...]

You Know You Have Been Cycling Too Long When (1 comment)

To pass the time along the Black Sea of Turkey I asked this question to myself and the team. You know you have been cycling too long when……. Waiting to take a dump in the woods seems like a better idea than using a public or paid toilet in a city. You start to wonder [...]
